effortlessly carries
burden of homelessness
a traceless snail
while uncertainty
is pouring, i take shelter
under a mushroom
university of life
even a cricket
is a lecturer

pinkish sky rolls into shore
red onion
breeze lingers
above the stepping stones
no arrivals
peak of drought
tries to cut the sun
a grass blade
alone and desperate
roaring around
umbrella in the wind
she asks me
keeping her secret
unbroken walnut

two cats arguing
